Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) involves 15 minutes of gentle exercise while breathing concentrated oxygen. EWOT is used to enhance healing and tissue function and to reduce vascular congestion, brain fog, concussions, fatigue, and muscle pain. It saturates your brain and other tissues with oxygen, restores blood flow to your cells, eliminates metabolic waste from the tissues, and improves immune system response.

How It Works: You will get onto a stairclimber with a mask on, which controls the flow of oxygen. The mask will administer a higher-than-usual concentration of oxygen, which you’ll keep on for two minutes, and then remove for 2-3 minutes, for a total of 3 rounds. Your oxygen levels will be monitored throughout the therapy.

What It Feels Like: Your breathing rhythm will fluctuate, and then level out.

What Symptoms/Systems It’s Good For: Holistic treatment, burn out and chronic stress, unhealthy lifestyles, enhanced performance and cognitive function, treatment of chronic disease

How Long Does The Treatment Take?: 15 minutes
